Are your products 100% natural?
At NEOM, we pride ourselves on using 100% natural fragrances for all our products. We prioritize pure essential oils and ethically sourced ingredients to support your wellbeing.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
